Wolf grunted as he slowly came to wake up in a pile of coats. "Ugh my head..." He muttered as the room still span around a little. Wolf looked around the hunting good store and picked up the near by blade, putting it in the sheathe on his back. "My head..where am I?" He looked around and then noticed the shot gun near him which he picked up quickly. Glancing around Wolf quickly helped himself to a back pack which he filled with supplies, putting boxes of shells and and some survival food into, he then looked around. His head felt like it had been hit by a bus.
Wolf quickly located the clothes which were spilt here and there. Helping himself to the clothing he soon changed into clothing that made movement easier and less constricting for the time. If there were more beasts and...old men like this then Wolf knew he'd have to be on the run and ready for anything. Making sure he had enough ammo to carry with him and some other supplies Wolf would then check the gun case and grab a rifle as well, slinging it over his back for the time in case he should have need of it. He then left the building and set foot out of the ruined store. He'd walk forward not knowing what he might find. Wolf noticed the street still very dark and foreboding, much destruction everywhere. He looked for anyone else, and any body who may be around, human or not. Wolf set his arms into a lose position, so that if needed he could quickly fire his shot gun. The city streets were so cold and dark, so alien and quiet. A car tipped over and pieces of concrete here and there, the moon shone full and bright.

Raizel's senses picked up on the smell of blood. his senses were much more heightened than any average human, due to his blood. You see, Raizel was a pure blooded Lycan, a wolf; if you will. The wind seemed to roll through the empty rubble strewn streets as Raizel stood beneath a street light, his pale hands crammed in his pockets. His hair danced in the cool breeze as he looked about with his blue eyes, following the scent of blood. There was some kind of presence here, but he wasnt sure whether it be one of his kind, or someone of another race.
"Where is that smell coming from.." He muttered to himself, glancing around the street. Raizel slipped quietly into the darkness and continued walking on, his icy eyes completely aware of the wreckage around him, and his senses alert.
"Hello?" He called softly, searching for this entity that seemed to taunt his senses so. he glanced around quickly, having heard movement. He took a stance, ready to attack if need be.

Wolf walked carefully down the street, he drew calm breaths and watched the streets. His heart pounded in his chest, adrenaline strong in his body, he left the lycan and the vampire whom he had managed to kill single handed, even by luck. But now he was alone in a very alien world. And he knew others may be out and around. He would look for patrols of Watchers, Police, anything that may be off assistance to him. Dried blood from the two creatures clung to his body, even though he'd changed his clothes once already.
He felt dread all over the place, and he was determined to survive this night, he was not sure way, but it drove him to be extremely focused, nothing seemed impossible now. Wolf continued to move along swift as his human feet could move him before he moved against a wall, pressing his back to it and taking a moment to catch his breath. Suddenly he drew a breath quickly hearing a call. Perhaps it was a human, a watch member. He contemplated before stiffening against the wall. "Hello?" He called back hoping he made the right choice. He was unsure weather or not it was an enemy but he hoped he wouldn't have to fend off another attack. At the same time Wolf knew he needed help, otherwise he'd only have himself in this area where evil may lurk everywhere. Preparing himself for combat Wolf took a few breathes before moving along the wall to where he had heard the voice.

Raizel perked up a little and ran in the direction the voice had come from. It seemed rather far, for sounding so close, then again sound did tend to travel and echo in these kinds of places. He advanced forwards until he sighted the figure against the wall. Raizel stopped and sniffed around a bit, the hair on the back of his neck raising. He calmed a little, noticing that there was only a very weak smell of vampires in this area, either one of his own, or a human no doubt. He advanced closer, stepping into the light.
"Are you alright..?" Raizel asked quietly, his eyes searching around the desolate and ruined street as the wind blew. What the hell happened here? he glanced back at the young male before him, his bright ice blue eyes observing and watching as he waited for his reply. He then blinked a moment and formed a weak, small smile as he held out his hand,
"Oh, by the way my name is Bolt." He said quietly, as if someone were watching them, though no one was there, Raizel was still paranoid regardless, even if it had been a few years since he lost his pack, he was still aware that Vampires could be out hunting after him.

As soon as Wolf noticed Bolt he would hunch over a little bringing his gun to the ready. "Freeze!" He muttered then paused examining Bolt carefully before lowering his shot gun a bit carefully, However he kept himself crouched and ready with his eyes focused on Bolt. "He looks human enough and he has yet to attack me." He muttered to himself before further lowering the shot gun and standing up. He felt that if Bolt had wanted him gone then he would have made more of a move. "Allow me to see your teeth...Bolt." He tried to ask as politely as he could, however it didn't quite sound that way. Wolf was being cautious and with every reason to do so. "And if you must know..I am Wolf." He called back moving forward carefully to examine Bolt carefully, he didn't see any features on Bolt that the old man had showed, and maybe Bolt was a survivor like himself, if that were the case then Wolf would need Bolt's help in moving out to where ever out of this war zone was. Wolf noticed that Blots eyes where nearly the same as his own. Inhaling deeply he smiled a little to try and calm himself and apologize to Bolt, though still more then a few feet away from Bolt as Wolf was still being carefull.

Raizel nodded lightly and bowed his head politely. Before raising an eyebrow, this male smelt like.. leech. Raizel cautiously moved closer, as not to frighten or spook the young human male. His eyes then darted around the area, taking in the wreckage around him. A low growl seemed to emanate slightly from his throat, his bright eyes then darted back to Wolf.
"Can you tell me what happened here?" He asked softly, his deep lippid pools of icy blue filled with curiosity. He wasnt sure what was going on, but there was no doubt in his mind that the war had broken out here as well. This wasnt very good.. The war would be everywhere soon, just when he thought he had escaped it.

Wolf watched Bolt intently for a long time, his eye's not peeling from him, when Bolt spoke Wolf watched his lips for teeth. Suddenly distrusted found it's way on Wolf's face as he took a few steps back. "I get the feeling war has begun..." Wolf said as he watched Bolt thinking that Bolt at any moment would attack him, and he wanted to be ready. "Look Bolt there are strange things..lurking around. And in this war Zone I know not who or what to trust. I just had an old man bite me after fighting a Wolf bigger then a car. Now I managed to escape that...I'm out here alone with nothing other then what I can manage on my back which is my back pack, rifle and shot gun." He then looked away for brief second before looking back quickly.

Raizel glanced around, trying to catch wind of what wolf was so irritated about. He grimmaced and quickly averted his gaze back at the young mortal before him, he noted that their scent was everywhere, cold and something like limestone. It almost burned the inside of his nose as he inhaled slowly.
"Look, um, Wolf" Raizel felt that asking this was a little awkward, but it was really all he could say at this time to help him out, he didnt have much else he could do. "Why dont you come back to my place for the night" He suggested calmly, with a kind friendly smile curling his lips. He felt almost.. brotherly in a sense. After all, it was better than waiting out here for something big bad and scary to hunt the both of them down. Raizel's ears twitched the slightest as he listened intently, the faint sound of thunder rumbling far in the distance. As he inhaled he noted the earthy spring scent that began to rise in the air. He then glanced at Wolf once again, wondering if he could pick up on the on coming rain. There was no doubt that the heavy clouds above would reach the city of black crescent in no less than a half an hour, and Raizel would rather not be caught in a rain storm, and besides, it was getting rather late.
"I live just beyond the city park.." He said quietly as he watched Wolf. He wouldnt force him to follow, but he would most definately feel better if he did. Raizel slipped his hands into his pant's pockets and slumped his shoulders a little, taking on a more casual appearence. "So, what do you say?"

Despite his better judgement, Wolf lowered the shot gun and reached his hand out slowly for Bolt to shake. He was still largely unsure about what was going on and how everyone fit into the puzzle. In fact Wolf's memory had become a bit fuzzy and less clear since he had passed out. Perhaps he had suffered concussive trauma to his skull and that was the cause of his in ability to fully focus his mind. Sighing a bit Wolf nodded, he could tell there would be a storm soon coming, and not just a storm of water and wind, but also a storm of blood and shadow. One centuries in the making, perhaps more. "I have no where else to go at the moment, so your offer...Bolt is..appreciated. Thank you. If there is anything you would require, well I'm not sure what a confused person like myself could do for you. But please don't hesitate." Wolf said trying to be polite and about it, but also being quite serious and strait forward to. Though Wolf wasn't sure about what Bolt was, he was sure that around Bolt; he wouldn't be in immediate danger, from Bolt anyways.
"The city park you say? Take the lead and I'll follow you. The place seems a bit unfamiliar..." Wolf muttered pausing almost regretfully, knowing that he should have a better idea then he did at the moment.

Raizel looked at wolf and nodded lightly, zipping up his jacket as the wind blew down the barren street, causing Raizel to shiver as it seemed to blow through his frail frame, chilling him to the bone. He let out a heavy breath, the air beginning to chill.
"Well, let's go then" he began to walk and looked back behind him to make sure that wolf was following him. A moment later Raizel looked forewards once again, his eyes keen, watching for any movements or anything.. unusual. Raizel had long since forgotten how to change into his wolf form, but there was no doubt that he could do it; if he had to, to protect this young mortal man. He stopped a moment and looked back at wolf again.
"Are you alright there, wolf?" He looked slightly worried about the young man, seeing him sway a little. He feared that perhaps he had a head injury, and if not treated.. well.. He didnt really want to think about that. Raizel was a very caring person, and he really hated to see people in pain, let alone... Die.. He shivered, still remembering the slaughter of his pack, the blood. The smell sickened, even through memory, he just couldnt shake off that sickening feeling he got when ever he thought of it. Raizel brushed his hair from his face, wating to make sure that Wolf was alright.

Wolf followed behind Bolt, odd. Bolt seemed so guarded, fearful. By now Wolf had guessed he was not human. It was obvious. But why did Bolt seem skittish? If he were like the old man then he could per-sway Wolf to do about anything and Wolf may not even have a full realization as to what might be happening. However Wolf didn't sense this in Bolt. So why should Bolt bother with Wolf, what were Bolt's motives? What did he get? Finding his mind suddenly filled with questions Wolf gave up on trying to find answers and decided to further study Bolt before coming to any sort of conclusion as to why he was the why he was.
Upon hearing Bolts silken voice which seemed to be low and with concern Wolf mealy shrugged. "I passed out when I was attacked...I am just a little groggy at the moment. Thank you." That would be reply from Wolf's mouth. He knew he needed some more sleep, but it was a luxury he couldn't afford at the moment. In fact he'd passed out not to long ago and he needed to find cover before he could allow his mind to try and wrap itself around the whole mess before him. In Wolf's opinion the first and most important rule was proper sleep. It helped keep the body and mind strong. Of course with proper sleep came safety, and he needed that now more then sleep itself.

Raizel waited for wolf to catch up. He hesitated a bit, but wolf was looking rather pale and sickly. Raizel hesitantly draped an arm over wolf's shoulder, being cautious, and careful not to upset him. He supported wolf as they reached the park, making sure that he was able to walk upright, straight enough that he wouldnt stumble and loose his footing.
"It's just a little further Wolf.." Raizel held wolf up gently as he led him through the park, but it seemed so dead tonight, so dark and dangerous, it actually made him shiver. He cursed silently and looked around the shadows, which appeared to be moving. He knew they were there, in fact he could pick up on their scent. Even though Raizel had vowed not to ever change into his wolf form, he still had the heightened senses that came along with the powers. The vampires were crawling in the shadows tonight, he could smell the scent of cold stone. He leaned over to Wolf and murmured right beside his ear, "Don't panic, but we're being watched.. Pick up the pace.." Raizel's eyes brightened in color, looking almost like blue fire as a slight growl escaped from his throat, as if warning whatever; whoever was lurking in the darkness, that the mortal was his.

Wolf would follow Bolt closely, he felt that perhaps Bolt was being a bit over protective. It was a bit odd, but Wolf couldn't complain. He continued along until Bolt mentioned there were being followed. Wolf paused and stopped, he would take a moment to collect himself, a cool air came out him as he forced his body to cooperate, effectively psyching himself up for whatever may happen. It was like focusing his Chii or channeling some form of inner power. Wolf's heart rated calmed as did his breathing. He then nodded to Bolt and doubled the pace. If Bolt felt the need to say something then there must be a reason. And at the moment Wolf wanted only to survive, if he could hold out for now then he would have all the time he needed to ask questions later. Quickly now Wolf moved, he tried to bee stealth though he doubted it would help much against these creatures. He doubted that even the shot gun and rifle would do very much against these creatures...His sword had seemed to do more though.
Quickly Wolf moved quickly with Bolt to where ever he might be leading him. His feet only hitting the ground lightly as he ran alongside Bolt, his piercing blue eyes would watch every shadow, every vantage point, his ears listening for any sound...It was far to quiet for it to be normal. There was a uneasy calm, like that of some tremendous storm that had yet to fully hit. But it also seemed that in a way this storm would never subside, at least not now that Wolf knew the truth.

Raizel finally walked up to a large apartment building and pulled out a set of keys, glancing around quickly to make sure they hadn't been followed. He knew that he may have looked like a human male, but he had a strange scent, more so to other lycans, and most certainly vampires. He dint feel that anyone was near. He unlocked the heavy glass door and opened it for Wolf, before walking in himself, behind him and locking the door. He led Wolf to the elevator and smiled a bit,
"Easier than the stairs.. It's not that much further, so hang in there." He smiled and bit and looked up, watching the light switch from "L" to "1" and so on until it reached "4" and the door opened. He glanced at Wolf and walked out, before stopping at a door at the end of the hall, unlocking it and slipping inside, welcoming Wolf to join him. He closed the door, and locked it.
"If you want to take a seat on the couch.. I'll be a minute." Raizel walked out of the room, and returned five minutes later with a large pillow and a heavy blanket, that he could barely see over. His skinny frame made its way back into the living room and he set the pillow and blanket down on a chair that was just a foot away from the large couch, that almost seemed like a single bed, actually. He smiled kindly.
"You can sleep here for the night, make yourself comfortable, and if you want something to eat, there's plenty of food in the kitchen, don't worry about making a mess." Raizel then yawned and sat down, pulling his knees to his chest as he looked at Wolf, "Can I get you anything else?"
