Character Description:
Fletcher is pale and somewhat small. He only wears black and white. His features are boyish but not quite childish. He has defined muscle tone but he doesn't look buff. His facial expression is usually calm or intrigued. He rarely looks upset or afraid. He walks with his head up and with confidence at all times.
Blood lust Description:
When Fletcher enters blood lust mode he will sprout wings and his hands will take on a claw like appearance. His eye color will turn red and the part around the iris will turn from white to black. His muscles will get slightly bigger and it will look as if he matured a bit more. His facial expression becomes agitated until he feeds. Once he feeds he will calm and revert to his calm facade.
Personality:
Fletcher is a quiet vampire that likes to observe anyone and everything. He prefers to avoid conflict and will try to smooth talk his way out of confrontation as opposed to actually fighting. However just because he prefers not to fight doesn't mean he can't. He is a skilled fighter but would rather see what will happen if events play out rather than killing the target of interest.

History:
For the first 100 years of his life Fletcher was taught how to fight and kill by his father. After those 100 years were up they spent the next 63 years traveling around so his father could visit his many mates. When Fletcher asked why he doesn't have a mother or any siblings his father curtly answered
"I killed them. They weren't fit to live in this world. Be happy I decided to save your sorry hide. That's only because you actually showed some potential."
During these first 163 years Fletcher had felt alone since his father was not exactly a very great figure to look up to. Upon hearing these words Flethcer found out he could have had someoen to make him not feel so alone. This angered him and he thought about trying to kill his father but there was a chance he would lose. Then Fletcher had a better idea. For the next year Fletcher ennacted a plan that would bring his father down to his knees. First he to his father's mates telling them about how his mother was brutally killed and making up vicious details to the story to help add the the fear. This caused all of them to become fearful of his father and they stopped seeing him. His father would get very upset that they wouldn't come to see him anymore. Step one in Fletcher's plan worked well. The next step was even easier. Fletcher went around to all the male vampires in the area and told them that his father had used spells to seduce their mates. This angered them and they all wanted him dead but Fletcher told them to wait. The final step was the most challenging and yet most rewarding. Fletcher went to go talk to the Lycans. He was not warmly welcomed at first but told them
that he had a proposition for them that would involve killing many more vampires than just him. This interested them and they settled down enough to listen. He told them about the battle that would soon occur between his father and the other male vampires and their mates. He told them when and where to go. They weren't too sure at first but he then told them that he woud stay with them until it happened just to make sure he was telling the truth. They agreed wholeheartedly to this idea.
The day then came and the vampires swarmed his father. Fletcher then lead the Lycans to the scene and set them loose while he watched from affar. He stayed just long enough to see his father fall and then left before the overall conclusion of the battle. From that day forward he revoked his father's last name and has wandered alone for the past 15 years watching and observing people.

Special Attacks: Instant Reload: Fletcher can focus energy into the guns when they run out of ammunition. This will cause the clips to instantly be filled with new UV or Silver Nitrate bullets. This saves him from having to stop to reload.
Effect on Vampires: Abyss carries UV bullets that will cause massive damage to vampires. If the bullet remains in the vampire and doesn't just go through them the vampire will die.
Effect on Lycans: Chaos carries Silver Nitrate bullets that will cause massive damage to lycans. If the bullet remains in the vampire and doesn't just go through the lycan the Silver Nitrate will spread throughout the lycan's blood stream and cause death.
Additional Details: Biometric Scanner: This scanner will only allow Fletcher to use the guns.
